The Ivory Affair, is a charity event that will benefit Hope Rises through Shine Gold for the Kids. This white party will be on June 21, 2025 from 7:00pm - 12:30am at Canal Club 62 on historic Webster Street in North Tonawanda, NY. This will be the event of the summer!

In December of 2024 Gianna Conte was sent to Children’s hospital after a bump on her leg was suggested to be cancerous, and sadly the biopsy confirmed it to be Osteosarcoma. Gianna will undergo 6 rounds of chemotherapy, each cycle consisting of bi-weekly stays at the hospital to help her get through the effects of chemo. Gianna will have to have surgery, and almost a year of rehab learning how to walk again. Gianna is a fighter, and we know she’s going to beat this. We could really use help from the community to ensure Gianna can get all of the treatments she needs without her family suffering from financial burden. We have created the Hope Hero donation fund to specifically aid Gianna and her family through this difficult time. Thank you for joining Women for Western NY in supporting this hometown warrior.
